Project: We have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the team on this new project for Mace, a leading port network. You will be responsible for the management of commercial aspects of the business area, including supporting pre-contract and operations, managing commercial risk and opportunity, ensuring accuracy of forecasts, and adhering to commercial reporting procedures.
Working with a Senior Commercial Manager, you will support the delivery of the ports projects, providing pre-award, procurement, and post-award contract administration support, monitoring compliance with contract obligations, and driving value from the supply chain.
Provision of a 'cradle to grave' commercial function for all work packages making up the commission.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting feasibility studies, advising on procurement strategies, and contract selection, writing and undertaking procurement reports.
• Supporting the development of commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Managing commercial risk and opportunity, ensuring accuracy of forecasts, and adhering to commercial reporting procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects and initiatives.
