We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operations professional to lead our care home operations in the North East, ensuring high-quality care for elderly people.
About the Role
As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance across our care homes, focusing on delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, and occupancy. You will work closely with Registered Managers to develop and deliver each Care Home's business plan, identifying indicators of poor performance and taking swift action to address them.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Multi-site or Regional Operations Manager within the social care sector
- RMA level 4 / NVQ level 5 Management
- Good relationship management skills
- Exposure to and compliant with CQC
- Passion for the care of elderly people (essential)
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus car allowance and a range of benefits including discretionary bonus, mileage, phone, and laptop.
