We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at CV-Library, an established law firm based in the UK. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is passionate about conveyancing and eager to contribute their expertise to a dynamic and thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Correspond with clients, solicitors, and agents to facilitate smooth progress of transactions.
• Conduct research, gather necessary information, and prepare conveyancing documents such as contracts, leases, and title deeds.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Proficiency in using relevant conveyancing and legal software systems.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package and supportive working environment are also offered.
