About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents. As a key member of our property sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings with the Lettings team, coaching them to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring and assessing individual team member performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales and lettings strategies and goals.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve KPIs and improve sales and lettings performance.
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to drive sales and lettings growth.
- Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers and agreements.
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
- Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
- Basic IT skills.
