Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients with acquired brain injuries, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility.
- Assist clients with accessing the community, attending appointments, and participating in activities.
- Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and supervisors to ensure the highest level of care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
