Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to lead our UK Engineering Outstations and team of 150+ Engineers and Supervisors. Key responsibilities include management of routine maintenance, aircraft incidents/AOG's, and third-party liaison; manpower planning, recruitment, and staff performance management; budgeting, invoicing, and negotiation/management of contracts with external suppliers/companies; conducting regular visits to Line Stations across the UK to ensure staff welfare and regulatory compliance.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent time management skills, strong organisational skills, and proven leadership experience. Previous experience in Aviation or Engineering is advantageous but not essential. You must have full computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer) and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Applicants must have unrestricted right-to-work in the UK, hold a valid Full-UK Driving Licence, and be willing to travel and work within the UK.
