Compensation Operations Specialist

About the Role:
Guidant Global Careers is seeking a skilled Reward Operations Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our payroll support and HR Administration team, you will be responsible for processing a wide range of payroll-related transactions received from internal stakeholders while adhering to Service Level Agreements.
To succeed in this role, you will provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues on a broad range of payroll matters via telephone and email. You will also provide daily support to internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful running of the payroll from start to finish and produce important HR correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll-related transactions from internal stakeholders, including detached duty, standby, on-call, one-time payment submissions, memberships, loans, PASS scheme, working party subsistence, P45/New Starter Declarations, settlement agreements, and court orders.
- Process time-related transactions from internal stakeholders, such as overtime, shift changes, sickness, phased return to work, and time savings accounts/salary offset.
- Complete transactions related to all HR administration activities, e.g., references and solicitors' letters.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with HR administration systems and processes.
