Lara Search Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our client school in Brent as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in education, even if they have no prior experience.
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience for students. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building positive relationships with students to boost their confidence and self-esteem.
- Assisting class teachers with classroom activities and providing 1:1 and small group support to students.
- Performing personal care duties as needed, supporting students with complex needs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A willingness to undergo child and adult DBS clearance through Lara Search.
- Recent experience supporting individuals with additional needs.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
