Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product demos of the platform to technical stakeholders, showcasing expertise in AI solutions.
  • Discovery and Engagement: Collaborate with prospects to understand their ML stack, tailoring our solution to meet their unique needs, and educating them on production ML challenges.
  • Technical Objections: Develop strategies with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to overcome any roadblocks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Content Creation: Write educational content, enhance documentation, and participate in ML communities to raise awareness of production ML challenges and our platform's capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging, with a strong focus on AI solutions.
  • Curiosity and Quick Learning: Eager to dive into the technicalities of ML and develop your unique perspective, with a passion for AI innovation.
  • ML Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like scikit-learn, HuggingFace, or fastai, and a solid understanding of different ML models, with a focus on AI solutions.
  • AI Knowledge: Language or Vision Model experience, e.g., Computer Vision/Image Generation AI/LLMs, with a strong understanding of AI solutions.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Pre-sales, Post Sales, Technical Account Management, or Consulting) with high enterprise clients, but coming from a strong Machine Learning or Data Science background.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Python and Linux/Unix environments, with a focus on AI solutions.
