**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis in a primary school setting. This role involves supporting students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in various subjects and activities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a primary school setting, with relevant qualifications such as an HLTA qualification or equivalent. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for supporting students' learning and development are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting teaching: Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, providing additional support to students as needed.
  • Classroom management: Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Student support: Work with individuals and small groups to support their learning and development.
  • Administrative tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as marking, record keeping, and preparing resources.
