Repairs Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Repairs Specialist to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd in the West Midlands. As a Repairs Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing technical reports that meet our group practice standards.

This is an initial 3-month contract, offering an opportunity to work with a social housing provider and contribute to delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in social housing
• Repairs Surveying experience
• Knowledge of the social housing sector and awareness of its regulations

You should have strong diagnostic inspection and survey skills, along with the ability to provide accurate technical advice. Your effective communication skills will enable you to deliver excellent customer service.
