About the Job Description

As a key member of the divisions management team and senior nursing team, you will develop a clear nursing vision for our patients and staff. On a rotational basis, you will cover a Duty Matron role, supporting all acute teams across the Trust, which may involve occasional weekend shifts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to expand your operational management through out-of-hours duty manager roles.

The post is based solely in North Devon District Hospital, and preference will be given to staff with Priority and 'At Risk' status, including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon. The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
