Ecommerce Manager

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the development of websites across the company and play a key role in shaping the eCommerce strategy to drive growth.

The position is primarily based in Harlow, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week after completing the probationary period. A valid UK driving license is required.

1. Manage ongoing development projects for the eCommerce website, including requirement gathering, testing, and delivery.
2. Lead the enhancement of the existing website, oversee migration to new platforms, and implement new web-based solutions and tools.
3. Troubleshoot web-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
4. Initiate and lead website improvements to enhance the customer journey.

1. Previous experience in a web development environment, particularly in a technical role.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing web-related projects.
3. Technical proficiency in eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
4. Strong knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, PHP, and Python.
5. Experience working with and managing third-party web development agencies.
