We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity with a leading consultancy that specializes in building containerized platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong AWS experience, automation and configuration skills, particularly with Ansible, as well as a solid understanding of Linux and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

Job Description

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient cloud-based systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of these systems, ensuring they meet the required quality standards and security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong AWS experience, including knowledge of IAM, S3, EC2, and CloudFormation
  • Automation and configuration skills, with expertise in Ansible
  • Understanding of Linux and its application in cloud computing
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
