In this role, you will support the community benefits delivery to help build Sacyr UK's reputation in and improve staff engagement with the local community. You will build and maintain existing relationships with local stakeholders and community groups as required. Additionally, you will support the Stakeholder and Community Benefits Manager, supply chain and site teams in delivering their employability and skills targets. You will also deliver STEM engagement and training in schools, community settings and on site. You will prepare content and session plans independently, but also collaborate with internal and external colleagues. Furthermore, you will be proactive in seeking out social value opportunities and match them with the supply chain.
