About the Role

The purpose of this role is to undertake engineering projects around the site, ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with current legislation and company procedures, particularly relating to health and safety, quality, and environment management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake scheduled maintenance and continuous improvement to maximize utilization of site equipment
  • Complete engineering project tasks and make improvements to existing equipment as appropriate
  • Install new equipment and relocate existing equipment
  • Ensure work area is kept safe, clean, and tidy

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with factory line setters and address any production line or machinery issues.

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately £45,000 per year, based on a 6-month contract with a 45-hour workweek.
