We are a well-established lift service, installation, and repair company looking for a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in London.

Job Description:

This role involves managing a lift service route, overseeing an assistant, attending lift breakdowns, and providing service and PPM work at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage lift service routes in London and the surrounding areas
  • Supervise lift engineers to ensure correct work execution
  • Respond to lift breakdowns and perform scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Deliver high-quality services and preventive maintenance at customer locations
  • Offer expert technical assistance to customers to enhance first-time fix rates
  • Represent the company professionally at customer sites
  • Travel throughout the designated area

Qualifications and Skills:

  • NVQ Level 3 certification in Lift Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., J Modules) for this position
  • Strong knowledge of lift fault diagnosis and repair
  • Highly motivated, dependable, and organized individual
  • Valid UK driver's license for potential travel requirements
  • Ability to participate in a call-out roster covering London and nearby regions

Compensation Package:

The expected annual compensation for this position ranges from £35,000 to £50,000, taking into account experience and qualifications.
