About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Daylesford Organic, a renowned farm estate and organic producer in the UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mixology, excellent knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to create unique drink combinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative cocktail menus and promote seasonal drinks to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of spirit menus and promote premium brands to customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixology and spirits.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
