Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare; Children and Young People's Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications. You will work across various Health and Social Care settings, including children's homes, residential family centers, and supported living accommodation.
To be successful in this role, you will require relevant work experience, preferably within the Health and Social Care sectors, Children, Young People, and families. A full driving license with use of your own vehicle and ability to travel to our services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and Northwest is also essential.

Due to the nature of our work, Care2Succeed uses the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to make checks at an enhanced level on all persons whose work or proposed work will involve regular contact with or working in close proximity to the children and vulnerable adults in the care units our learners work in.
