As Night Reception Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the Night team to maximize guest satisfaction, profit contribution, and staff motivation. You'll maintain high standards of service while ensuring that all associates adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Night team to ensure effective management of the night shift.
  • Monitor departments' efficiency through GSS and other reporting mediums to ensure a high level of guest impact.
  • Train and develop associates within your areas of responsibility to improve standards, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
  • Control staffing levels and wage costs in line with the sales of the hotel.
  • Complete departmental forecasts on a weekly basis and review actual against target/potential.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Oracle system and use it to its full potential.
