About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, including familiarity with Customer Success processes and metrics. You will work closely with customers, partners, and colleagues to provide technical services, train clients, resolve issues, and help level up their understanding of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with implementing and customizing our Security Orchestration platform
- Train customers on our platform and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Provide real-time support and strategy to ensure proper security integrations

Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including familiarity with Customer Success processes and metrics
- Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python, Powershell, or JavaScript
- Understanding of various security products and secure coding techniques
- Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience
