About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Civil Engineer to lead the delivery of projects from a technical and resourcing perspective. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of each project, including flood risk assessments, hydraulic modeling, and drainage design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for flood risk assessments, hydraulic modeling, and drainage design.
  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Experience in surface and foul water drainage design and SuDS.
  • External works design experience.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage/Causeway Flow.
  • Use of either Civil 3D or PDS is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
