Residential Care Services Leader

We require an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our care home team and deliver high-quality care services to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and company policies are adhered to.
- Build effective relationships with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.
- Nurse qualification with at least 2 years management experience in a nursing home for the elderly.
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and local authority regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
The estimated salary for this role is around £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
