About the Role:
RPS Group has an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work for the Asset Management team to inspect and provide feedback on the condition of Assets and Infrastructure to achieve the goals of the Water Consulting Business Stream across the UK.

RPS Water Consulting is a team of Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts providing Asset Management and Operational Strategy development to our Water Industry clients to support business planning and delivery. This is an evolving industry, providing challenges and opportunities that require innovation, dedication, and teamwork to help us meet our clients' needs.

About You:
As a key member of the Water Consultancy business, your role as Asset Inspector is critical to helping us deliver great projects for our Water Industry clients. You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of water project experts on a range of capital delivery projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and report on Water and Sewage Infrastructure Assets.
- Capture features and relevant information related to the provision of health & safety measures and structural conditions.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a well-rounded and highly skilled team to help meet KPIs and grow the business.
- Contribute to the Asset Management framework objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in Civil/Structural Engineering Inspection and Water site work would be preferable.
- Civil/Structural Engineering Inspection skillsets from other utilities will be considered.
- IT skills are essential as all inspection reporting is electronic, as well as familiarity with the MS 365 suite of programs.
