Job Overview

Sodexo Live is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead our culinary team at Hampden Park, Scotland's premier national stadium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality, service, and hospitality to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure seamless food production and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that drive revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with our venue partners to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the role, including P&L accounts and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a large and fine dining establishment.
  • Strong creative skills and menu development expertise.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and priorities.
  • Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days.
