Care Assistant

FitzRoy Supported Living in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with personal care, such as showers and baths, in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in a range of activities, including shopping, crafts, and leisure activities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
