Care Home Manager Job Overview

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure the highest standard of care and living for our residents.

This exciting opportunity is based in the Great Yarmouth, Norfolk area, working closely with the Clinical Lead and wider healthcare and hospitality teams. Reporting to the regional Operations Manager, you will create and lead a vision for the home to ensure a philosophy of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of CQC standards and experience of managing a care home. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain effective relationships at all levels.
