Job Overview
Applications are invited for the post of Equipment Technician, a key role within the North West Wales Community Equipment Service.
The successful candidate will provide community equipment (mobility aids) to hospitals and members of the public across North West Wales, working closely with practitioners and therapists to ensure the appropriate equipment is prescribed to meet individual needs.
Main Duties
- To provide high-quality equipment knowledge to customers and professionals.
- Monitoring and maintaining financial information for the Service Manager.
- Efficient recording and monitoring of testing/servicing results for lifting equipment.
- Recording information relating to service users onto the secure database system.
- Delivering equipment to patients' homes, including driving a Health Board vehicle and decontaminating equipment.
