Job Title: Freelance Courier

Location: Newcastle, UK

Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £37,500 per annum (based on 40 hours per week)

This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals to earn a decent income working with Smiths News Drivers in the wholesale industry.

As a self-employed courier, you will be responsible for delivering newspapers and magazines to customers across your designated route using your own van.

You will also complete light warehouse activities such as loading and unloading shipments.

The flexible nature of this role allows you to pick up additional work during the day, maximizing your earning potential and work-life balance throughout the week.

We are currently looking for experienced self-employed courier drivers to join our expanding distribution network supporting our customers in Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver newspapers and magazines to customers across your designated route
  • Complete light warehouse activities such as loading and unloading shipments
  • Work independently as a self-employed driver
Requirements:
  • Access to or ownership of a reliable van
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
