Flannery Plant Hire (Oval) Ltd. is a leading provider of plant hire and specialist attachments to the construction industry across the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will have excellent numerical skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to develop their career in finance.

  1. Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions in the accounting system.
  3. Collaborate with the purchasing and operations teams to reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices for fixed assets.
  4. Maintain a tracker for one-off bank payments with all relevant details.
  5. Assist in bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of all bank transactions.
  6. Maintain accurate and organised physical and electronic financial records including Hire Purchase Agreements and credit card receipts.
  7. Maintain credit card expenses, checking balances and transactions ensuring VAT receipts are supplied and submitted on time.
  8. Chase company stakeholders for relevant information relating to credit card expenses.
  9. Support the Accountants in ad hoc financial tasks, answering the telephone and reporting tasks.
