We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Internal Account Manager to provide administration and internal sales support to our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a growing group of UK accounts and will work closely with our KAMs to ensure excellent customer service and relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have full ownership of internal accounts, including order management, generating purchase orders and sales orders, managing customer forecasts, and understanding customer status reports. They will also be responsible for updating and maintaining our CRM system, managing stock models, aged stock control, and administration tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be competent in using Excel and Microsoft Dynamics D365, have excellent organizational and planning skills, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong communication skills, a confident and professional telephone manner, and be able to work to tight deadlines.
