Swimming Coach

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Coach to join our team at Active Life in Herne Bay. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in swimming instruction. You will need to be able to create engaging lesson plans and provide a safe and supportive learning environment for your students.

**Key Responsibilities:*

• Deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
• Create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

**Requirements:**

• STA Award or Certificate or a Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming
• Experience in teaching swimming to students of all ages and abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
