**Business Performance and Customer Experience**

We're seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our Autocentre business as a Designate centre manager. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to drive business performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Designate centre manager, you will be responsible for leading in-centre teams, providing support, encouragement, and motivation to achieve amazing results. You'll work closely with our management team to ensure that our centres meet high standards of service and compliance.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £41,500 per annum, plus an uncapped bonus scheme, averaging £9,900 per year. You'll also enjoy 5 days a week, with opportunities for progression and training through our hybrid training programme.

Other benefits include 6 weeks' annual leave, up to 50% off garage bills in our Autocentres, and discounts on most Halfords products in our retail stores. You'll also have access to financial planning support, GP Access, and our Share save scheme.
