Job Opportunity: Ironstone Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee the opening of a brand new Children's Care provision.

About the Role:

The provision is a beautiful 4-bedroomed Therapeutic Home that will cater for 2 young people. Our client is dedicated to providing the best possible care for every young person. You will work closely with the Regulatory Inspectorate and collaborate in the registration and opening of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Therapeutic Home
  • Develop and implement a therapeutic model for the home
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Inspectorate in the registration process
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted-rated home within the last 5 years
  • Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for Children & Young People's Workforce
  • Hold a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or be willing to undertake)
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Be passionate about providing equal opportunities for children and young people
