Marketing Strategist

Lancaster and Morecambe College is seeking a talented Creative Marketing Lead to join their Marketing team.

The Marketing team is part of the wider Engagement Team, which offers a range of services to prospective and current students, parents, employers, community partners, staff & visitors. As a Creative Marketing Lead, you will support the Head of Engagement to achieve recruitment targets through the development of creative and impactful marketing campaigns, events, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to achieve recruitment targets
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging marketing materials
• Support the Head of Engagement in achieving marketing goals

Requirements:

• Marketing qualification at Level 4 or above
• GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
• Advanced skills in social media and digital marketing
