Private Client Solicitor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead our team in SW London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseload Management: Manage a diverse and comprehensive private client caseload, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Leadership: Take on leadership responsibilities by heading a division within the Private Client Department, driving growth and excellence.
  • Mentorship: Supervise and mentor more junior members of the team, fostering their development and success.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with other professionals, including accountants, financial advisers, and care agencies, to provide well-rounded advice to clients.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the continued growth and enhancement of the firm's strong reputation in private client services.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or STEP Member with substantial experience in Private Client law.
  • Experience: Ideally, 4-5 years of experience in managing a diverse caseload of private client matters.
  • Skills: Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members, demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume caseload independently, and strong IT skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional referrers, and proven financial acumen and a commercial mindset.
