Financial Controller - The Role

  • Finance Team Development: Develop and coach a strong and stable finance team.
  • Credit Collections and Cash Flow Management: Manage credit collections, including credit limit determination, AR overdue tracking, and settlement with external customers.
  • Cash Flow Planning and Reporting: Plan and report cash flow for future periods, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Profitability Tracking: Work closely with Sales and Project Management to track project profitability.
  • Annual Physical Stock Check: Support the Annual Physical Stock Check with the Procurement and Logistics Manager.
  • Financial Issues and Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership on financial issues and provide timely notification of identified findings.
  • ERP System Management: Ensure the ERP system provides necessary information for company reporting.
  • Quality Standards and Contract Management: Support the company in maintaining quality standards and manage business utility contracts.
Financial Controller - Required Experience

We're looking for a Financial Controller with:

  • Professional Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified, or equivalent.
  • Financial Experience: UK GAAP or IFRS experience.
  • Control and Process Experience: Experience working with good controls and processes.
  • Business Partnering Skills: Excellent business partner to senior leadership.
  • People Management Skills: Strong people manager.
Financial Controller - The Package

We offer a competitive package, including:

  • Salary: £65,000 - £70,000.
