Financial Services Practice Manager Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Practice Manager Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Advisors and Paraplanning team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in pensions and investment administration. You will be responsible for completing suitability reports, conducting research, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete suitability reports using templates
- Conduct research and analysis
- Manage client relationships and communications
- Collate and maintain client data
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisors and Paraplanning team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong background in pensions and investment administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
