About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work as a key member of the site team, ensuring the safety of all site traffic and the efficient movement of vehicles in and around the site.
Responsibilities- Direct and control traffic flow around the site to ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles.
- Manage the main site gate, maintaining security and logging all entries and exits.
- Ensure that all deliveries and visitors are signed in and directed to the appropriate area.
- Communicate clearly with drivers and site operatives to minimize congestion and ensure safe access.
- Conduct safety checks and maintain clear signage in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide support to site management with other tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Traffic Marshall training and certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
