Plant Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute operational activities and processes such as discharge, loading, transportation, cleaning, labeling, and operating equipment to ensure safe, effective, and efficient production processes.
Maintenance and Repair Tasks:
• Periodically inspect and perform small maintenance tasks on production equipment, identifying defects and deficiencies.
• Conduct minor repair work as applicable and appropriate.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Log data and information on production orders and activities in relevant logbooks and systems to maintain a complete administration and insight into production order status.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify deviations in current processes, techniques, and systems and suggest improvements to the supervisor to optimize operational processes, tools, and systems.
Safety and Compliance:
• Work in compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations and procedures, as well as operational standards.
• Promote awareness of SHEQ, report potential hazardous situations, and take appropriate action in case of imminent unsafe situations.
Good Housekeeping:
• Ensure the work area is left clean and safe, and maintain the appearance of the production line, working area, and production site.
