About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Chicken & Grill pubs, an important part of the McMullen's family. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food quality and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet company standards and exceed guest expectations
  • Manage food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and control of wastage
  • Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and deputise in their absence
  • Train and develop the kitchen team to reach their full potential
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
