Job Description

**Infrastructure Engineer - Microsoft Stack**

**Location:** Flexible (remote work options available)

**Salary:** Up to £65k + Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and support our Microsoft O365, Hybrid Cloud with Azure, and Linux Web Hosting solutions. This role ensures minimal disruption to users and upholds our service levels and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. O365 Administration: Manage O365, including SharePoint, Security, Defender, Teams, and Exchange.
  2. Azure Hybrid Cloud: Administer Azure Hybrid Cloud, handling advanced support and solutions deployment.
  3. Network Support: Support network infrastructure, including Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper technologies.
  4. Technical Advising: Advise 1st line service desk analysts, supporting technical projects and maintenance.
  5. Workload Management: Organize workload to meet quality standards and project timelines.
  6. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  7. System Monitoring: Conduct daily system checks and take remedial actions as needed.
  8. Security Management: Address security concerns promptly to mitigate risks.
  9. Project Participation: Undertake technical projects as required by IT management.

Required Experience:

  1. Advanced support for Microsoft O365, Windows Server, SQL databases, applications, desktops, Teams telephony, and web hosting.
  2. Service desk experience with advanced technical support.
  3. Working with IT users, senior managers, and 3rd party suppliers.
  4. Mitigating security incidents and managing network devices.
  5. Networking principles, backup systems, and VPN management (Zscaler).
  6. Cyber security knowledge (Cyber Essentials certification).
  7. PowerShell scripting and SQL management.
  8. Azure AD Entra administration and O365 hybrid exchange administration.
