Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and facilitating the nursing and medical needs of service users with their commissioned care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to service users, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and support a team of experienced carers and regional nurses to ensure the delivery of outstanding care.
- Develop and implement care plans in partnership with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with national standards, legislative requirements, and organisational frameworks.
