  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers to create innovative curriculum materials, enhancing the overall quality of education and driving student progress.
  • Student Progress Tracking: Assist with monitoring student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing targeted interventions to address any gaps.
  • School Events: Participate in school events, reinforcing the importance of teamwork and mutual respect, while fostering a sense of community and belonging among students.
Essential Qualities:
  • Proven Track Record: Possess a proven track record of success as a Teaching Assistant, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Education Expertise: Hold relevant qualifications or training in education or child development, showcasing your knowledge of pedagogical best practices and child-centred approaches.
  • Effective Communication: Develop exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with teachers, other assistants, and support staff, prioritising the needs of students above all else.

Attractive Salary Package: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
