About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Administer medication and lead the medication round.
  • Support residents with their daily routines and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive the best possible care.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a care home environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
