About the Role:

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Extra Care Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with our service users to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks
  • Support individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities
  • Work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, which will include evenings and weekends
