Our Senior Events Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities for Horizon 22. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and innovation, this individual will work closely with the team to ensure seamless event execution and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and convert venue enquiries and sales opportunities, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • To generate and contribute sales, achieving venues' monthly, quarterly, and annual budget targets and deadlines.
  • To co-ordinate commercial and internal events within the venue, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • To provide our clients with the highest level of Searcys customer service and innovation, supported by detailed event sheets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Meticulous administration and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and excellent time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • English Language proficiency, with fluent or bilingual skills.
