Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate the Opera PMS system, ensuring accurate and efficient management of guest information and hotel operations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive impression for our guests
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Working knowledge of Opera PMS system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
