About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Radiographer to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures using a range of modalities, including plain film x-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in radiography, staying up-to-date with the latest advances and technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in radiology.
  • Provide education and training to colleagues and students, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Radiography or a related field (e.g., BSc or MSc).
  • Proven experience in radiography, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
