We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Health Club Team Member at Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel valued and at ease.
  • Support with membership sales and enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct gym inductions and regular gym re-assessments as part of our health club retention strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
